Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in/check out guests during the night shift
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests
- Perform end-of-day audits and reconcile all hotel transactions
- Verify guest accounts, payments, and billing accuracy
- Balance cash, credit card, and other payment transactions
- Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports
- Ensure the security and safety of guests, staff, and hotel property during the night shift
- Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Report maintenance issues and incidents occurring during the shift
