Recipe Development: Develop and refine new product application recipes, applying scientific principles to optimize taste and functionality.
Product & Raw Material Management: Maintain adequate stock of standardized products and raw materials, ensuring quality and availability.
Ingredient Validation: Validate the functionality of ingredients in final products, conducting shelf-life studies to ensure product stability and food safety.
Documentation: Meticulously record all research findings, test results, and project details according to established protocols.
Laboratory Skills: Possess hands-on laboratory experience and proficiency in data

Qualifications and skills
Minimum bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related Applied Science.
Strong knowledge of food science principles, ingredients, and recipe formulation.
Prior experience in a laboratory, food processing plant, or food industry (minimum 5 years).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment.
Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and numerical proficiency.
Innovative and creative problem-solving approach to address customer challenges.
Effective communication with people at all levels of the organization.
