Position Overview

NFT Consult is hiring a Quality Manager to ensure that all products manufactured and supplied by our client meet quality standards, legal requirements, and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will drive the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (OH&SMS) within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

How to Apply

Quality Assurance & Control

  • Oversee quality assurance and control functions across all production processes.

  • Supervise inspection of incoming raw and packaging materials to ensure they meet internal standards.

  • Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and product quality standards.

  • Lead root cause analyses (RCAs) and implement corrective actions to resolve product defects and customer complaints.

  • Manage the disposition of non-conforming products and materials.

Regulatory & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with national regulatory bodies including UNBS, NEMA, and other relevant agencies.

  • Represent the company during audits and inspections, ensuring prompt resolution of any non-conformities.

  • Enforce environmental and safety regulations and standards within the plant.

Systems Management & Auditing

  • Develop and lead internal audits for QMS and OH&SMS; monitor and verify the implementation of corrective actions.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all quality and safety systems, including audit reports and compliance records.

  • Ensure all quality-related processes follow established standards such as HACCP, ISO, GMP, and TQM.

Training & Development

  • Conduct ongoing training programs for employees on quality standards, systems, and continuous improvement practices.

  • Drive awareness of product safety and quality standards across all departments.

  • Facilitate quality-related workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Maintain an accurate database of all raw materials, in-process and final product quality parameters.

  • Analyze quality metrics, customer feedback, and product performance data to inform decision-making.

  • Prepare and present quality performance reports during Daily Operations Reviews (DOR), Monthly Operations Reviews (MOR), and safety meetings.

Operational Excellence & Best Practices

  • Drive the implementation of “Our Client’s Way” and other industrial best practices.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead initiatives to optimize processes and product quality.

  • Support product development by aligning production processes with Quality Function Deployment (QFD) principles.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Reduction in product returns and quality-related complaints

  • Effective resolution of root cause issues

  • Regulatory and statutory compliance (UNBS, NEMA, etc.)

  • Delivery of quality and safety training sessions

  • Progress in implementing industrial best practices

  • Improvements in product safety and quality standards

Education & Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field

  • Trained in injection molding technology and analytical techniques

  • ISO Systems Auditor or NEMA Lead/Associate Auditor certification

  • Six Sigma certification (Yellow, Green, Black, or Master Black Belt) preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a plastic molding manufacturing environment

  • Proven track record in product development and process improvement

  • Experience working with suppliers, third-party organizations, and government bodies

  • Solid background in implementing and managing QMS, OH&SMS, and environmental systems

Technical Competencies:

  • Deep knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, GMP, and TQM

  • Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other modern quality tools

  • Skilled in using statistical and data analysis software

  • Proficient in MS Office and quality reporting tools
