Job Summary
Markh Investments is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Controller to oversee and maintain quality standards throughout the assembly, inspection, and delivery processes. This role ensures that all products meet internal and industry standards, enhancing customer satisfaction and minimizing rework or defects.

How to Apply
Monitor and enforce proper assembly procedures for bikes and equipment.
Conduct thorough Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to verify quality compliance before handover.
Identify and report any damages or missing components based on packing lists.
Investigate recurring defects, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure the availability and accurate issuance of essential documentation.
Coordinate with the Workshop Supervisor to address any quality or inspection concerns.
Maintain detailed quality control records and prepare inspection reports.
Ensure adherence to internal quality benchmarks and relevant industry standards.
Support product recalls, technical rework, and field service operations when needed.
Train assembly and inspection staff on quality standards, including updates to PDI checklists.
Collaborate with the stores and procurement teams to ensure a continuous supply of necessary materials and documents.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Quality Assurance.
Certification: Additional qualifications in Quality Control or Inspection are a strong advantage.
Experience:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in quality control or inspection within a workshop or assembly environment.
Familiarity with vehicle assembly and inspection procedures.
Key Competencies
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Knowledge of inspection techniques and diagnostic tools.
Analytical and investigative problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, manuals, and packing lists.
Solid reporting and documentation capabilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
