Job Description
The Quality Control Officer will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of incoming and outgoing products to ensure adherence to internal specifications and customer expectations. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and address defects or inconsistencies. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining the high standards Jude Color Solutions is known for in the market.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and compliance
Identify, document, and report any product defects or production errors
Work closely with the production and design teams to implement quality improvement measures
Maintain accurate records of inspections and tests
Provide feedback to relevant teams for corrective and preventive actions
Ensure proper use and calibration of testing equipment
Adhere to safety and hygiene standards in the quality control process
Support training efforts related to quality control procedures

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
