Job Description
TRACKNAV SMC seeks to recruit a QC Officer, Valuation to be based at the Head Office located on Salaama – Munyonyo Road, Kampala
Quality Checks (QC) Officer – Valuation to support the accuracy, consistency, and quality of motor vehicle valuation reports and related operations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks on vehicle valuation reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards.
- Review vehicle inspection findings including mechanical, structural, and cosmetic assessments.
- Verify valuation data including market values, depreciation factors, condition ratings, and final valuation outcomes.
- Support the valuation team to ensure consistency in methodology, documentation, and reporting.
- Assist in physical inspection of vehicles where required to confirm condition, specifications, and authenticity.
- Maintain proper records, documentation, and filing of valuation reports and related data.
- Identify errors, discrepancies, or risks in valuation outputs and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, industry practices, and client requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the valuation and quality assurance processes.
- Prepare periodic quality check reports and submit findings to management.
