Job Description
Liaise with LEAN, Digital and 3C coordinators to select the relevant methodology to improve performance within the organization and ensure a transversal coherence of initiatives, avoid duplication and promote joint initiatives.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate brainstorming performance bottlenecks and improvements.
- Identify performance initiatives in Operations and present to leadership. Manage and track the implementation.
- Perform spot analysis on low performing activities.
- Support entities in defining and preparing the KPIs.
- Implement and run the communication of KPIs across the organization.
- Drive strategic alignment process and tracking for RADAR projects.

- Support audits and support translation to performance improvements.
