How to Apply
Assist the Quality Assurance team in monitoring production processes to ensure products meet set quality standards.
Support in conducting routine inspections and quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
Help document and report non-conformities and deviations, and participate in root cause analysis.
Learn and adhere to established quality control systems, policies, and procedures.
Work with the team to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Participate in the review and maintenance of quality assurance documentation.
Engage in continuous training and development to improve knowledge of QA tools and industry best practices.

Must be a recent graduate (Class of 2024 or 2025) from a recognized university.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in learning about quality assurance, product testing, and compliance.
Ability to adapt quickly and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a commitment to excellence.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
