Reports To: Team Leader, Quality Assurance
Supervises: None
Job Purpose:
To carry out activities that ensure adherence to relevant IT laws, regulations, standards, practices, policies, guidelines, and rules.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor and report on adherence to standards, policies, and practices.
Review and follow up on implementation of policies, standards, practices, and guidelines.
Coordinate and report on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) exercises.
Coordinate and report on responses to audits and assessments.
Coordinate the implementation of changes on IT systems in the production environment.
Assist as the department budget officer assistant.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Team Leader to support the Bank’s objectives.

Quality assessment reports
Reports on review of IT policies, practices, and guidelines
User Acceptance Testing reports
Audit and assessment reports
Budget documents and reports
Feasibility study reports
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualification:
A First Class or Upper Second-Class degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or Computer Engineering.
Professional certifications in Quality Management, Project Management, IT Service Management, or Quality Assurance are an advantage.
Work Experience:
No experience required.
Age:
