How to Apply
Develop and execute process and cleaning validation protocols.
Conduct investigations into complaints, recalls, and deviations.
Issue controlled documents (e.g., SOPs, CAPA forms, QC reports).
Monitor environmental controls, cleaning, temperature mapping, and warehouse hygiene.
Verify received materials against specifications.
Ensure implementation of approved SOPs across departments.
Participate in audits, validation, and quality rounds (Gemba walks).
Conduct in-process checks, oversee line clearance, and monitor labeling.
Ensure proper documentation and data entry in real-time.
Participate in external calibration and thermal mapping schedules.
Health & Safety Duties:
Identify and manage operational risks.
Promote safe working conditions and conduct toolbox talks.
Authorities:
Issue controlled documents.
Deviation reporting and line clearance.
Approval/rejection of starting materials.
Qualifications:
BSc in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an added advantage.
Training Required:
Basic safety, GMP, and documentation training.
