How to Apply
Oversee final product quality control before distribution
Supervise equipment calibration and ensure quality standards are met
Maintain and implement quality control protocols
Generate and present detailed quality reports
Monitor raw material quality and shelf-life
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with production, packaging, and procurement teams
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Train staff on quality best practices and hygiene protocols

Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or control
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint a must)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong reporting and documentation skills
A proactive and cost-conscious mindset
Experience with cosmetics or personal care products is a plus
Preferred Degree:
Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
