Equator University of Science and Technology (EQUSaT) is one of Uganda’s newest private universities, committed to delivering quality education. Job Description
Job Title: Quality Assurance Assistant (1 Position)
EQUSaT is inviting applications from qualified, competent, and motivated individuals to fill the following positions. Applications must be submitted both electronically and in five hard copies, including an updated CV, academic credentials, employment records, and a national ID or passport. How to Apply
Monitor and oversee quality assurance processes across the University.
Promote a culture of quality through training and awareness programs.
Develop and implement methods and tools to support teaching, planning, and self-assessment.
Manage attendance records and facilitate reporting for quality assurance activities.
Ensure ethical standards and quality benchmarks are maintained.
Evaluate teaching, learning, and administrative practices and provide reports.
Support faculties and departments during planning and internal reviews.
Perform any other duties as assigned by University authorities.

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a science-related field.
