Job Description
The People Analytics and Compliance Specialist will architect people data systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide evidence-based workforce insights for a leading food and beverages company.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and lead implementation of company-wide workforce data governance standards.
- Establish processes for data capture, validation, and storage to ensure data integrity.
- Ensure HR processes comply with data protection and privacy legislation.
- Conduct periodic privacy impact assessments and maintain an HR data register.
- Maintain company-wide process governance, maps, and SOPs for payroll, onboarding, and performance.
- Produce people analytics dashboards and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Design and maintain the HR Risk Register and monitor people-related operational risks.
- Support People projects through tracking dashboards and readiness tools.
- Govern outsourced manpower vendor reporting and KPI frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to equip them with data interpretation capabilities.
