How to Apply
Ensure compliance with company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.
Maintain and update QA/QC procedures, guidelines, and quality management systems.
Develop and monitor inspection plans, quality controls, and non-conformance processes.
Conduct routine inspections, audits, and assessments to verify material and workmanship quality.
Provide QA/QC training and technical support to project and site teams.
Lead or support quality issue investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare quality reports and communicate performance and compliance updates to management.
Ensure project activities align with applicable laws, industry standards, and internal quality requirements.
Coordinate with the QHSE Representative on integrated quality and safety initiatives.
Recommend and support continuous safety improvement efforts.
Maintain required statistical records, including personnel HSE competency documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Oil and Gas Engineering, HSE or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in oilfield operations and HSE management.
NEBOSH certification is required.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certification is desirable.
Experience in drilling, oilfield chemicals, or related disciplines is an advantage.
Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
Technical proficiency in risk management, ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), and QA/QC reporting.
Completion of formal QHSE or QA/QC training programs.
