Job Summary:
Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking a QA/QC Assistant to support the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in the oil and gas sector, ensuring compliance, effective QA/QC processes, and continuous improvement.

How to Apply
Ensure the QMS complies with API Q2 and other relevant standards and company policies.
Maintain, review, and distribute quality documentation; enforce internal service standards.
Lead, mentor, and coordinate QA/QC teams across operational sites to ensure compliance.
Conduct internal and external audits, manage nonconformities, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate QA/QC activities with procurement, site management, and client representatives.
Monitor project quality, including inspections, testing, documentation, and personnel qualifications.
Oversee document control for QMS, audit reports, and certifications to ensure accuracy.
Set QA/QC requirements for suppliers and manage quality approvals for materials and services.
Supervise welding procedures, calibration, and NDT operations for critical equipment.
Participate in QA/QC and KPI review meetings with authorities and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, or a related field.
API Q2 certification (or equivalent).
At least 5 years’ experience in QA/QC management within relevant industries.
Strong knowledge of QMS standards (API Q2, ISO 9001) and site operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong data analysis skills.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
Ability to train, guide, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively.
Chinese language proficiency is an added advantage.
