Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate psychosocial support sessions and wellbeing workshops for participants
- Provide individual counselling support where needed
- Identify and refer participants requiring specialised mental health support
- Develop content promoting resilience, confidence and wellbeing during career transition
- Monitor and report on participant wellbeing outcomes
