Job Description
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, features, pricing, and competitive positioning.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Provide customer insights and feedback to product and marketing teams.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales consultations.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close high-value deals.
Product & Market Expertise
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, features, pricing, and competitive positioning.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Provide customer insights and feedback to product and marketing teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and industry events.
Customer Support & After-Sales Service
- Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and identify up-sell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
