Job Description
Department: Monitoring, Research, Evaluation and Learning (MERL) Supervisor: Head of MERL The MEL Officer will coordinate the design and implementation of CEHURD’s MERL frameworks and systems, track progress of the strategic plan, and support institutional and project-based monitoring and evaluation. The role focuses on data-driven learning, accountability, and continuous quality improvement.
