Job Description

The Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between GE Healthcare and customer project teams, ensuring successful delivery and execution of all installations and related pre-order activities. Responsibilities include developing project timelines, coordinating GEHC and contract resources (civil works, Faraday cages, mechanical installations), tracking project milestones, and providing regular communication to stakeholders. The role involves managing equipment delivery, installation, and clinical “GoLive” activities, while maintaining compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will also generate accurate project documentation and ensure predictable data for business metrics and revenue forecasting.

How to Apply

  • Serve as the primary liaison between GEHC and customer project teams.

  • Execute projects in line with GEHC standards and local regulatory requirements.

  • Define responsibilities and deliverables of GEHC and customer teams as outlined in contracts.

  • Create and manage project implementation timelines in collaboration with customers and contractors.

  • Coordinate GEHC and contract resources for civil works, Faraday cages, and mechanical installations.

  • Track delivery, installation, testing, and project milestones to ensure on-time execution.

  • Provide regular communications, including project kick-offs, status updates, and closure meetings.

  • Lead implementation team during clinical “GoLive” of equipment.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and milestone records.

  • Escalate and resolve issues that may affect project outcomes, customer satisfaction, or GE targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Project Management.

  • Strong experience in sales execution.

  • Track record of leading internal and external project teams.

  • Technical background in Engineering, Architecture, or Biomedical Engineering Technology.

  • Expertise in electrical systems, HVAC/cooling systems, non-ionizing radiations, shielding, civil construction, or general engineering.

  • Fluent in Italian and English.

  • Valid driving license.
