Job Description
The Project Manager – Modern Trade will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing modern trade marketing campaigns across various retail platforms. The role requires managing a team of field personnel, maintaining direct communication with clients, ensuring KPIs are met, and delivering seamless operations and reporting. The position calls for a self-driven professional capable of handling multiple modern trade projects while ensuring brand objectives and client expectations are consistently exceeded.

How to Apply
Lead the planning and implementation of modern trade projects
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
Manage relationships with key modern trade partners and retail chains
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
Monitor and report on field activities, performance metrics, and project milestones
Conduct regular field visits to ensure quality of execution
Identify and resolve project risks and issues promptly
Support recruitment, training, and performance management of field teams
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare detailed project reports for clients

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in project management within the FMCG or retail sector
Hands-on experience managing modern trade projects or retail activation campaigns
Competencies and Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent client relationship and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Competency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to travel and supervise field operations
