Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the overall planning, implementation, and monitoring of the land titling project
- Manage and supervise Project Officers and field teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with government land institutions and stakeholders
- Oversee GPS/boundary mapping, data collection, and registration processes
- Ensure compliance with land governance frameworks and project standards
- Prepare project reports for donors and management
- Manage project budget and resources effectively
- Travel 40-60% within project districts
