Job Description
The Consultant will lead the creation of a custom project management tool for CIF to track progress on onboarded projects. This includes developing the digital infrastructure, migrating the CIF website, integrating an online learning module, and ensuring the system is user-friendly, secure, and aligned with organizational needs. The Consultant will also be responsible for preparing documentation, conducting training sessions, performing a technical audit, and providing continuous technical backstopping.

How to Apply
Develop digital infrastructure for the CIF project management tool.
Design a custom interface based on project requirements.
Prepare user documentation and operation manuals.
Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders on system usage.
Migrate the CIF website from WordPress hosting to a new platform.
Design and integrate an online learning module into the CIF website.
Provide ongoing technical support and backstopping.
Conduct a technical audit to identify gaps and recommend best practices.
Education:
First-level university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 4 years of relevant experience in planning, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of digital solutions and software systems.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in developing data and digital infrastructure.
Ability to conduct technical audits and identify improvement areas.
Proficiency in system documentation and training delivery.
Strong problem-solving and technical support skills.
Languages:
Fluency in English (oral and written) required.
Knowledge of French is an advantage.
