The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs at Zimba Women. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams. The Project Coordinator will assist in managing timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
The ideal applicant should possess a abundance of understanding in digital and financial literacy and be able to use it to improve program outcomes, Zimba Women's general business strategy, and the company's growth
The ideal applicant should also be confident using data to guide choices and have leadership experience in a diverse work environment. They must also be highly dedicated to supporting new entrepreneurs, particularly women. They also need to be highly organized and have a sharp eye for potential collaborative opportunities
