Job Description
This fully remote role is tailored for a self-starter with a passion for operational excellence. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the EPMO Project Manager to coordinate various tasks across HR, IT, licensing, onboarding, purchasing, and project documentation. This individual must be proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to fast-paced environments, especially in areas involving organizational growth, new site openings, and process optimization.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Support backend project coordination activities under the direction of the Project Manager
Issue and track purchase orders
Participate in project calls and meetings
Manage administrative tasks (e.g., HR, IT, Licensing orders)
Track project timelines and follow up on deliverables
Assist in onboarding families and coordinating enrollment activities
Help with pricing-related tasks and maintaining documentation
Join new build project calls and adhere to established protocols
Keep project files and communications organized and up-to-date
Continuously ask, “What’s next?” and “How can I help?” to drive progress
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in operations, retail, acquisitions, or opening new business locations preferred
Familiarity with purchasing systems is a plus
Oracle Finance knowledge is an advantage (not required)
Quick learner capable of navigating internal tools and systems
Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
