Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure project planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Responsible for programme narrative and financial reporting.
- Ensure implementation of safeguarding policy and quality standards.
- Meet donor requirements and compliance standards.
- Lead co-creation and innovation initiatives within the programme.
- Provide strategic guidance to partners on project proposals and workplans.
- Manage overall budget planning and forecasting with the grant team.
- Conduct periodic monitoring visits and supportive supervision.
- Identify and address partner capacity gaps.
- Line manage the project team, including recruitment, appraisal, and coaching.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Mastercard Foundation team in Uganda.
- Represent the organisation in national and international forums.
