The Association François-Xavier Bagnoud (FXB) International FXB in Uganda is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that has been operating in Uganda since 1990. FXB's mission is to fight poverty and HIV/AIDS through its integrated community development model FXBVillage and other interventions benefiting populations living in extreme poverty.

Resource Mobilization:
Identify funding opportunities and assist in the preparation of grant proposals and funding applications.
Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
Child Protection:
Develop and enforce child protection policies and procedures within programs.
Respond to and manage child protection incidents, ensuring proper reporting and follow-up.
Community Engagement:
Engage with communities to understand their needs and ensure their participation in program planning and implementation.
Address cultural and social barriers to education and child protection.
