Job Description
Are you passionate about creating opportunities for refugees and host community youth?
REACH (Refugee Employment Accelerator and Career Hub) is looking for a dynamic and committed Program Manager to join our team and help drive impactful programs in Rhino Camp Refugee Settlement.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of REACH programs
- Build and manage partnerships with organizations and stakeholders
- Monitor program activities and ensure strong impact and accountability
- Support initiatives in digital skills training, entrepreneurship, and job placement
- Guide and support the REACH team and community ambassadors
