The General Manager will oversee the overall operations of Amadeus Gardens, ensuring smooth day-to-day management of the restaurant, bar, and customer service activities. The role involves supervising staff, managing resources, maintaining service quality standards, and ensuring the business meets its financial and operational goals while delivering an excellent guest experience.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and entertainment venue.
- Manage staff, schedules, and overall team performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality.
