Position Overview
Health Access Connect (HAC) is recruiting a Program Administrator to coordinate administrative and communication activities across our programs. This role is essential in ensuring operational efficiency by managing program logistics, schedules, and resources, while also supporting the implementation of HAC’s communications strategy. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to combine administrative competence with creative communication.

How to Apply
Coordinate program logistics including supply management, scheduling, and staff travel.
Support internal communication and coordination between the Kampala office and field teams.
Implement components of HAC’s communications strategy including documentation, media coordination, and content development.
Draft and manage program documentation such as meeting minutes, reports, and internal memos.
Contribute to donor reporting and external communication materials (e.g., newsletters, blogs).
Maintain an organized filing and document tracking system for program records.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of administrative or program coordination experience.
Strong writing, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience with basic communications tools and platforms is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
