Job Description
The Product Trainer will be responsible for developing and executing training programs for both new hires and existing team members, focusing on product knowledge, loan processes, and system usage. The trainer will equip agents and dealers with the necessary skills to use Mogo’s mobile app, handle customer interactions, and manage loan applications effectively. Additionally, the role involves preparing training materials, assessing training outcomes, providing continuous coaching, and collaborating with sales managers to align training with business goals. This role also supports onboarding processes and promotes ongoing professional development.

Develop and deliver training sessions for employees, agents, and dealers on Mogo’s products and CRM systems.
Provide hands-on training on Mogo’s mobile applications and other relevant software tools.
Create effective training materials including manuals, presentations, and documentation.
Assess training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback.
Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to identify training needs and adjust programs accordingly.
Monitor and coach staff to ensure proficiency in processes and customer service standards.
Assist in improving onboarding processes for agents, dealers, and new employees.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a trainer, educator, or facilitator, preferably in sales or finance.
Experience in training individuals on mobile apps or software (mandatory).
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to create effective training programs and materials.
Familiarity with CRM systems and mobile applications for financing solutions.
Fluency in English and Swahili.
Strong problem-solving ability, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
