Job Description
Reporting to the Business Unit Head, the Product Manager will develop and execute business plans aligned with brand objectives, oversee product lifecycle management, and drive sales performance. The role involves building strong retailer and partner relationships, managing stock planning and account administration, and collaborating with marketing teams for brand visibility. The Product Manager will also provide training for in-store sales staff, lead special projects, and deliver commercial outcomes by ensuring alignment between brand strategies and market opportunities.

How to Apply
Develop and execute quarterly and annual business plans for Pure Electric and Ultrahuman brands.
Implement localized product strategies and roadmaps.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Manage stock planning, ensuring optimal inventory and minimal aging stock.
Oversee partner account administration, claims management, and financial processes.
Collaborate with marketing teams to drive impactful retail and digital brand visibility.
Facilitate training for retail partners and in-store staff to enhance product knowledge.
Lead special projects and initiatives to strengthen brand growth and market share.

Qualifications
Grade 12 plus relevant tertiary qualification.
Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a retail supplier environment.
2–3 years’ product management experience (electronics industry advantageous).
Experience with mass retailers and online retail channels.
Proven experience managing large/global brands is an advantage.
Competencies
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Energetic, passionate, and self-motivated.
Proficiency in MacOS/iOS and intermediate MS Excel.
Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
