Product Manager, Software job at SunCulture

Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Product, the Product Manager will:
Define and execute the software product strategy and roadmap aligned with SunCulture’s overall goals.
Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver seamless software-hardware integration.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and new software opportunities.
Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing support.
Ensure software products meet or exceed performance, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.
Partner with external vendors and suppliers to integrate relevant software tools and components.
Track industry trends and emerging technologies to keep SunCulture’s software offerings innovative and competitive.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of the software product roadmap.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality software solutions.
Conduct market analysis and customer research to identify product opportunities.
Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch support.
Maintain product quality, ensuring seamless integration with hardware.
Work with external partners on software sourcing and integration.
Monitor trends and innovations to ensure competitiveness and relevance.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or related field.
Advanced degree preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
Proven experience in software product management.
Prior work on integrated hardware and software solutions is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies
Strong mix of business acumen and technical expertise.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of complex software architecture, web, and/or mobile platforms.
Ability to switch between creative and analytical thinking.
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results-oriented.
