Product Management Associate Job at SafeBoda

Job Description
As a Product Management Associate, you will be responsible for the continuous discovery of customer desires, needs, pain points and business needs. We know we can’t count on our customers (or our executives or stakeholders) to tell us what to build. It will be your role to proactively collect this feedback through organizing focus groups, surveys, and feedback phone calls with all the SafeBoda customers – passengers, drivers, business and agents. In addition, you will use the product analytics tools to collect insights into how our customers are using the SafeBoda products.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate user interviews, market and competitor research to inform product direction
- Conduct conscience tests to uncover unsaid customer needs.
- Translate CSAT and NPS feedback into feature requests
- Work with the team to test solutions and assumptions for the discovered needs before the actual development.
- Track post-release performance and identify any bugs or improvement areas
- Analyzing data to help product management make better-informed decisions
