Job Description
The Product & Sales Enablement Specialist will act as the central product knowledge authority at Zonda Tec Ghana Limited. The role ensures that sales teams, internal staff, and online customers understand vehicle technology, features, and competitive advantages to drive engagement and sales growth.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver structured product training sessions to sales teams and internal staff, ensuring deep understanding of vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and competitive positioning.
- Create and maintain training manuals, FAQs, and e-learning modules.
- Assess knowledge retention through quizzes and role-play scenarios.
- Act as the go-to expert across sales, marketing, and after-sales departments.
- Provide rapid clarification on specifications, trim levels, compatibility, and warranty-related product questions.
- Document and share best practices for product positioning.
- Support showroom vehicle display strategies to maximize customer engagement.
- Ensure key models are presented with updated feature highlights, placards, and digital screens.
- Collaborate with the sales team to rotate displays based on promotional calendars.
- Provide real-time support to online sales teams (chat, email, social media).
- Address complex customer inquiries regarding vehicle technology, comparisons, and performance.
- Improve product communication scripts for digital channels.
