Sunda is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven procurement professional to join their team as a Procurement Supervisor. The role involves supervising procurement activities, sourcing suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing in line with company policies.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate procurement activities in line with company policies and procedures.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and procurement reports.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and organizational standards.
- Work closely with finance, stores, and user departments to meet operational needs.
