Jubilee Life Insurance Uganda is offering an exciting internship opportunity for a recent graduate interested in building a career in procurement and supply chain management. The Procurement Intern will gain hands-on experience in procurement processes, supplier coordination, and operational support within a dynamic corporate environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers and vendors
- Support the procurement process, including preparing purchase orders and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs
- Assist in inventory tracking and stock management
- Support contract management and supplier communication
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
