Job Description
China Forestry International development located in Luzira Kampala is hiring 2 highly self motivated Sales Graduate management trainees who are passionate about building a long term career in Sales.
The successful candidates will receive hands-on training and mentorship while supporting sales operations and contributing to business growth.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Assist in executing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate sales records
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Participate in training and mentorship programs to develop sales skills
- Represent the company professionally in client engagements
