Job Summary:
To manage the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services and oversee the efficient logistics and distribution of products to ensure timely delivery while optimizing costs.

Procurement: Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors. Prepare and process purchase orders and requests in line with company policies.
Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Logistics Coordination: Plan and coordinate the shipment, receipt, and storage of goods. Arrange transportation and manage customs clearance for imports/exports.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Cost Control: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce procurement and logistics expenses.
Compliance: Ensure all procurement and logistics activities comply with internal policies and relevant national regulations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, shipping documents, and other important data.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in a procurement or logistics role.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
