As a Process Technologist (sometimes known as a Process Development Technologist), you’ll be the link between the product development kitchen and the production line, with responsibility for making sure that new products make a smooth transition from trial and testing stages to full production.

Design, optimize and develop new manufacturing processes, conduct trials and experiments to validate process parameters.

Collaborate with R&D and engineering team to transition new products from development to commercial production, including product formulation assessment and review.

Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement, implement process improvement to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve product quality.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, implement quality control measures to monitor product quality.

Investigate and resolve process-related issues, develop and implement corrective actions and support maintenance and production team.

Develop and maintain new product development and process documentation and ensure compliance with safety regulations and good manufacturing practices.

Provide training to production teams on new processes and equipment serves as a technical resource and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.

Ensuring that new and existing processes are efficient, safe, and meet quality standards

Work closely with supply chain department to assess the materials quality in the store and availability.
