Job Description
The Process Operator will be responsible for operating the packaging process in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring quality assurance, maintaining equipment, executing cleaning routines, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves participating in team meetings, problem-solving, and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards. The candidate must be proficient in operating plant sub-processes, conducting quality checks, and maintaining documentation in line with company policies.

How to Apply
Operate packaging plant sub-processes according to SOPs
Monitor and ensure product quality and process control
Prepare plant for startup and shutdown procedures
Execute CIP (Clean-in-Place) routines and maintain hygiene
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Assist team members and participate in problem-solving initiatives
Conduct autonomous and routine maintenance
Report maintenance needs and perform running repairs
Carry out quality analyses and documentation
Engage in team meetings, shift handovers, and performance reviews
Identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities
Execute tasks in line with Voyager Plant Optimization principles
Education: National Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
Skills:
Strong team player and effective communicator
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Self-starter and results-oriented
Knowledge of production technologies and maintenance systems
Comfortable working in an unstructured environment
