How to Apply
Provide technical assistance in relation to review and approval of EPC contractor deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, HAZOP studies process simulations and equipment datasheets).
Prepare al process design documents and drawings Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes (API, ASME, ISO), and safer// environmental regulations.
Oversee process simulations (using HYSYS, PRO/11, or similar to optimize plant performance
Perform the process equipment sizing (pumps, vessels, heat exchangers) and relief system design
Coordinate process safety through participation in HAZOP. SIL aid other risk assessments. Draft the process description, specification and philosophy based on the project basis of design and requirements.
Develop the process/utility flow diagrams, P&IDs and other schemes related to process engineering
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, instrumentation, piping) to ensure seamless integration of process design.
Participate in the system pre- commissioning and site inspection.
Support the procurement project construction, installation, commissioning and production stages
Prepare and present technical reports progress updates management reviews aid attend meetings if required.
Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering. Process Engineering or related.
At least 4 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in tie 01 and Gas Industry.
Knowledge:
Proficiency in process engineering design in the oil & gas industry
Strong knowledge of the criteria procedure aid standards of process discipline
Good computer literacy such as MS Office and Auto CAD.
