Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage URC's marine engineering department and fleet maintenance
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for marine vessels
- Ensure compliance with marine safety standards and regulations
- Supervise marine engineering staff and manage technical operations
- Oversee procurement of marine spare parts and equipment
- Prepare engineering reports and provide technical advice to management
