- Oversee academic programs and ensure quality vocational training delivery
- Manage staff recruitment, development and performance
- Develop and maintain partnerships with enterprises, donors and stakeholders
- Ensure financial discipline and sustainable resource management
- Promote the college's mission of climate-smart vocational education and community development
- Drive enrolment growth and visibility of the institution
