Job Description
Drive business growth by providing technical expertise, demonstrations, and tailored cybersecurity solutions to potential clients in Uganda.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Technical Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored cybersecurity solutions; conduct in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Solution Designs & Proposal Development: Design and recommend cybersecurity solutions based on industry best practices; develop and deliver compelling proposals, RFIs, and RFPs; conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations.
- Customer Engagements & Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor for clients; gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to refine product offerings; support account managers in closing deals.
- Technical Knowledge Development: Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and solutions; understand regulatory requirements and compliance standards across Financial, Telecomm, Fintech, and Manufacturing industries; maintain certifications (e.g., COMPTIA S+, CEH, CCSP).
