Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging pottery sessions for individuals and groups
- Demonstrate pottery wheel throwing and hand-building techniques
- Guide and support participants throughout the creative process
- Prepare and manage clay, tools, and studio materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised pottery workspace
- Monitor and manage pottery studio inventory and supplies
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the Paint & Sip Uganda brand
- Support studio operations, including painting sessions, event setup, and cleanup
