Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily work delivery of coordinators via field accompaniment and weekly check-ins
- Provide coaching on silviculture standards and reporting discipline
- Validate silviculture completion (weeding, pruning, thinning, gap-filling, firelines)
- Identify early warning signs of pests, disease, grazing damage and climate stress
- Support practical farmer coaching sessions
- Verify completeness and accuracy of data submissions
- Develop weekly/monthly workplans with coordinators
- Enforce safety, environmental and operational standards
- Support nursery operations during peak planting seasons
