How to Apply
Coordinate surgical and drug orders.
Coordinate laboratory orders.
Track all pharmacy purchase invoices.
Assist in vetting pharmacy bills.
Support stock taking and pre-packing of medicines.
Send quotations for first aid kits, coverage, and training.
Prepare pro-forma invoices.
Conduct impromptu pharmacy checks and audits.
Follow up on debtors.
Record all revenue.
Ensure adherence to pharmacy quality parameters.
Train pharmacy staff.
Prepare purchase requisition request forms for all departmental purchases.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Performance Areas:
Surgical and drug orders
Laboratory orders
Pharmacy purchase invoices
Pharmacy bills from providers
Stock taking and pre-packing of medicines
Pro-forma invoices
Debtor accounts
Quality parameters
Correspondence
Adherence to company policies
Other duties as assigned
Key Performance Measures:
Ensure orders are communicated to suppliers, and products are delivered on schedule.
Submit all invoices for payment within 48 hours of delivery.
Vet and complete bills within 48 hours of receipt.
Update drug price changes within 3 days of receiving new price lists.
Ensure health centre pharmacy reports are submitted by the 1st of every month.
Prepare monthly pharmacy reports by the 2nd of every month.
Conduct quarterly training for pharmacy technicians.
Ensure adherence to all prescribed pharmacy quality parameters.
Conduct periodic pharmacy audits and implement recommendations promptly.
Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Pharmacy.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations.
ICT Competency is essential.
