Job Description
ABSA Bank Uganda is looking for a Fresher Personal Banker to drive retail business performance and provide excellent customer service.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provision of Customer Service: Own customer queries and complaints around account opening, loans and card applications and resolve in a timely manner.
- Sales to Retail Banking Customers: Participate in product campaigns, meet targets, and manage personal product & channel sales targets.
- Branch Support: Open and close Cashier tills, authorize transactions, and act as cash custodian.
- Operational Rigour and Compliance: Ensure accuracy of documentation, follow KYC requirements, and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
