Job Description
The International University of East Africa (IUEA) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior leadership. The role involves ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, communications, and administrative processes to drive the university’s mission.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the executive’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and official communications professionally and confidentially.
- Organize travel, logistics, and accommodations for official trips.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Liaise with internal departments, staff, students, and external partners.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval.
- Assist with special projects, events, and administrative tasks as required.
