The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the Director’s calendar, travel arrangements, confidential communication, and coordination of professional and personal tasks. The role includes liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, organizing meetings, handling confidential documents, and ensuring the Director’s schedule and priorities are effectively maintained. It is an ideal position for someone with a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
